Now within the chat feature, we are offering the opportunity to video chat with a team member to resolve more complex issues. With this new feature, you will also be able to share your screen with SFB staff to make answering questions about your account more efficient.
This is a secure and encrypted communication method embedded into our online banking platform to give you clear responses on your inquiries. Currently, video chat and screenshare features are only available in the online banking platform, not on the mobile app. Start a chat next time you have a question and experience the extra level of personal service that SFB provides.
