SFSC Board of Directors Elects Two New Directors

Jack Kaiser, chairman of the Board of Directors for Security Financial Services Corporation (SFSC), the holding company that owns Security Financial Bank (SFB), is pleased to announce that Jim Kusilek and Jeanne Szepieniec were both elected to the Board at a recent SFSC Annual Shareholders Meeting.

Kulisek has experience as both an agricultural and commercial lender. His career path changed 25 years ago when he and his wife, Audrey, were part of a family purchase of a struggling 300-cow dairy in Barron County. The couple now fully owns the ag operation, which has grown to 1,600 dairy cows and 1,200 heifers with 25 employees. He has been involved with several organizations including the Wilmar and Sheboygan Jaycees, the Rice Lake Rotary Club, Bethany Church Council, the Dairy Business Association, the American Dairy Coalition, and the Professional Dairy Producers of WI. He currently serves as Board president for the Rice Lake Pregnancy Help Center.

Jeanne Szepieniec started her strong work ethic at the age of 15 by working at her family-owned car dealerships, Chilson Automotive. Her roles at the dealership included project management, customer service, operations, product integration, charity contributions and more. Szepieniec holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She serves as the Board president for the Wisco Cooperative Board of Directors, is a Board member for the Regis Catholic Schools Foundation, and volunteers at Immaculate Conception Church.

"I am pleased to welcome both Jim and Jeanne to the SFSC Board of Directors," Kaiser said. "Their diverse experience, skills, and background will be an asset as SFSC continues to grow."

Szepieniec was elected to a three-year term while Kulisek's term will expire in 2026.

Also at the meeting, Kaiser and Andy Wieser were each re-elected to a three-year term joining continuing Directors Chuck Forster, Bob Komro, Jim Mayo, Mark Oldenberg, and Jim Price.
