Duane Johnson Named Black River Falls Market President
Paul Rudersdorf, CEO of Security Financial Bank (SFB), is pleased to announce that Duane Johnson has been promoted to market president for the Black River Falls and Alma Center market. In this position, Duane Johnson will continue his work as a relationship manager but also will help to establish and grow SFB's brand and image as a local, community focused bank in the Black River Falls area.
"Duane is as an exceptional banker and a thoughtful leader," Rudersdorf said. "He will be an asset as he builds relationships with clients, employees and the community."
Johnson has more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry. He has extensive experience in financing large cash grain operations, cattle feedlots, dairy expansion projects and hog contract finishing barns. He received a degree in agricultural business administration from the University of Minnesota.
Active in the community, Johnson is a Board member for the Black River Falls Business Improvement District and serves as president of the Jackson County Dairy Promotions Committee. He is a member of Guardian Angels Parish and the Knights of Columbus.
Before relocating to Black River Falls, Johnson served as a trustee of Chester Township in Iowa and served as president of several organizations in Limes Spring, Iowa including the Evans Memorial Home, the Industrial Development Corporation and the Community Club. He was recognized with Jaycee of the Year award.
