Ann Gonstead-Hartle Joins SFB as Compliance Officer

Mark Oldenberg, president and CEO of Security Financial Bank (SFB), is pleased to announce that Ann Gonstead-Hartle has joined SFB as compliance officer. Gonstead-Hartle will manage overall compliance for the bank, including working with internal and external auditors as well as regulatory examiners.

"Compliance is such an important part of all we do at SFB, and we are privileged to have Ann's expertise on our team," said Oldenberg.

Gonstead-Hartle is an Eau Claire native who has worked in banking for 21 years including a role as a third-party compliance consultant for banks.

"I am fortunate to become part of the SFB team and looking forward to utilizing my experience in compliance management, internal controls, and risk management," Gonstead-Hartle said.

Gonstead-Hartle has received several certifications including Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) through the American Bankers Association and Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer (CCBCO) through Independent Community Bankers of America.
