SFB Appoints Theresa Gibbs a Mortgage Underwriter

Paul Rudersdorf, president and CEO of Security Financial Bank (SFB), is pleased to announce that Theresa Gibbs has been named a mortgage underwriter for the bank. In this position, Gibbs will be responsible for evaluating and verifying loan documentation and ensuring that the specifications of the property and terms of the loan meet the requirements of the bank and governmental regulations.
Gibbs has been with the bank for two years serving as lead teller/universal banker in SFB's Ladysmith office. Previously, she worked at Pioneer Bank of Wisconsin and Ladysmith Federal. She has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, including serving as a branch manager, mortgage officer, and consumer loan officer before joining SFB.
Gibbs attended Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College and UW-Eau Claire - Barron County.
Along with her husband, Kyle, Gibbs has two children and one grandchild. She is active in the community and served as secretary of the Ladysmith Booster Club and was a Board member for Embrace, a shelter that provides support to those affected by domestic and sexual violence. In addition, she is involved in many fundraising events for the Ladysmith School District and Our Lady of Sorrows School.
Gibbs will continue to work out of SFB's Ladysmith office.
